Specialised translation services delivered through our long-standing network of professional and certified translators.
Professional translator partnerships since 2020.
where
required
Where language meets professional expertise.
A contract, a tender file or an engineering specification is written for a purpose, and its translation has to serve the same purpose in another language. Linguistic fluency is the starting point. What decides whether the translation works is whether the translator understands what the document is for and how it is read in its field.
That is why we treat translation as part of our legal and business support rather than as a separate commodity. Each project is matched with a translator whose background fits the material. Complex documents call for:
- Command of the specialised terminology of the field
- Knowledge of the industry the document belongs to
- Attention to the structure and layout of the original
- Understanding of what the document is meant to achieve
- Consistency across related and successive documents

We assign work by subject matter, so a construction report and a share purchase agreement do not go to the same desk simply because they share a language pair.

Built on Trusted Professional Relationships
Since 2020, we have developed long-standing working relationships with professional translators specialising in different fields and language combinations. This allows us to match each project with a translator whose expertise corresponds to its subject matter, terminology and requirements.
We do not pass documents to an anonymous pool. We know the people we work with, the fields they cover and the kind of documents they handle well, and we select on that basis.
The right translator for the right document.
How a translator is selected
- LanguageThe exact source and target combination
- Subject matterLegal, technical, IT, construction, scientific or business
- Document typeContract, specification, report, manual, correspondence
- Professional expertiseExperience with comparable material in that field
- Specific requirementsCertification, formatting, glossary, deadline
Long-term partnerships. Consistent quality.
Established relationships matter most when your documents keep coming. For recurring work they can support:
- Terminology consistency
- Continuity between projects
- Familiarity with your documentation
- Consistent style
- Efficient handling of subsequent projects
- Reference to earlier approved translations
Where appropriate and subject to availability, we aim to keep translator assignments consistent. We do not promise the same translator on every project.
What a specialised translation is made of
Access to a language is the easy part. Our value lies in connecting each document with a professional who understands its language, terminology, industry and form.
Certified Translation Where Required
Where formal certification is required, we coordinate the translation with an appropriate certified translator in accordance with the applicable requirements.
Certification rules depend on the country and on the authority, court, registry or bank that will receive the document. Before work begins, we confirm what form of certification the recipient expects, so that the translation is prepared for its intended use from the start.
Typical documents
- Corporate and registry documents
- Powers of attorney
- Contracts submitted to an authority
- Documents for bank or regulatory onboarding
- Supporting documents for legal proceedings
Not every translator in our network is certified, and not every document needs certification. We tell you at the assessment stage whether it is required for your purpose.
Professional Translation Requires Professional Handling.
The documents we translate are often the same contracts, corporate records and regulatory files we work with in our legal practice. They are handled with the same care.
Translator selection
Chosen for the language pair and the field, not by availability alone.
Subject-matter expertise
Translators familiar with the terminology and conventions of the field.
Terminology consistency

Not Just a One-Off Translation.
Long-term professional relationships built around consistency and expertise.
For ongoing projects, we can support consistency in terminology, documentation standards and translator assignments across successive translations, where appropriate.
This continuity rests on relationships we have been building and maintaining with professional translators since 2020. When a new batch of documents arrives, the groundwork of earlier projects is already in place.
Particularly valuable for recurring
Clients who translate documents regularly benefit most from an established network.

Questions clients ask before sending a document
Are all of your translators certified?
No, and we do not claim that they are. Our network includes professional translators and certified translators. Where a document needs formal certification, we coordinate the work with an appropriate certified translator in line with the requirements of the authority or institution that will receive it.
How do you choose the translator for my document?
We look at the language combination first, then the subject matter, the document type, the level of specialist expertise it calls for and any specific requirements such as certification, formatting or deadline. The translator is selected on that basis rather than simply on availability.
Can the same translator work on our future documents?
Where it is appropriate and the translator is available, we can keep assignments consistent across successive projects. This helps with terminology, style and familiarity with your documentation. We cannot promise the same translator on every occasion, but continuity is something we actively plan for on recurring work.
Which languages are available?
Through our translator network we provide access to English, French, German, Polish, Czech, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Russian, Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Hindi. Other languages are available upon request. Each language combination is handled by a translator who works in that combination.
How is confidentiality handled?
Documents are shared only with the translator and reviewer assigned to the project, and only to the extent needed to complete it. Many of the documents we handle are contracts, corporate records and regulatory files, and they are treated with the same discretion as the rest of our legal and business work.
What should I send to get a quote?
The source language and target language, the type of document, an indication of length, whether certification is needed and for which authority, and your deadline. If you have glossaries or earlier translations of related documents, mention them as well.
Thank you. A member of our team will be in touch within one business day.
